SCHOOL!! And a blog…

Sooo I had totally forgotten that I even had a blog ever since my computer died on January 5th (RIP). Haha I still don’t have a computer, but I do have an iPod touch with internet access so that has sufficed while I patiently wait for my own computer. Patiently being the key word(;

Today I accomplished two great things: I finished my summer homework (wootwootwootwootwoot!!!) and I beat around 15 5th and 6th graders in a game called carpetball. Yup, I’m a champ.

I can’t believe that school starts so soon. Ugh. 2 more days?? I think we totally got ripped this year. 1 month less of summer is NOT COOL. However, I am very excited about all my classes (except Chemistry ). Here is my AMAZING schedule:

0- PIB English/Bannholzer

1- PIB French/Coufal

2- PIB History/Chiavetta

3-Foods and Nutrition/Joe

4-LUNCH (Not particularly excited about having 4th period lunch since my lunch buddies Christi and Daniel have 5th period lunch :/)

5-PIB Advanced Algebra/Krueger

6-PIB Chemistry/Marinovich (cue the scary music!!)

7-PIB Spanish 2/Villalobos (cue the Mariachi music xD)

8-Drama/Murry

Isn’t my schedule AMAZING??!! I think so.

Today I broke a record: I slept in until 12:00. It was amazing. Later on I went to the mall and met Daniel at FYE for a few minutes. Then I headed to BJ’s where I joined the mock trial team and some other friends. Fia joined us later. We had a lot of fun. I had to leave a bit early to go to Noelle’s Sweet 16 with Christi and Noellee. They picked me up, but we got lost for an hour because the directions were wrong. We ended up driving all the way to Ceres. We were lost…and over 2 hours late to the party. But no worries, we made it to the party at last. It was pretty fun. Christi and I took pictures most of the night and hung out. After the party I slept over at the twin’s house. It was the most interesting sleepover ever. We started the night by cleaning their room: The ROOM OF DOOM After we made some progress we made macaroni and cheese and watched a Korean drama. In the morning we finished the movie and painted our nails. Christi did my hair. We still needed to Christmas shop so Christi and I walked over to Ross. We bought presents then walked back to my house. There we had lunch and hung out in my room until I had to leave for church. Church was really good. It was a musical Christmas performance that told all the events leading up to the birth of Christ. After church my family and I went out for ice cream at Cold Stone. Yuuum Amazing weekend <3

Today was the last day of school before break!!! Yay!!! Haha it was a minimum day so we had shorter classes. After school I walked home from the bus stop to find 10 screaming running 8th graders running in circles in my front yard. My sister was hosting a white elephant party with her friends. It was loud, but on top of that they were listening to Michael Jackson, my dad was drilling/vacuuming while trying to create a nativity scene and Rebecca was singing. There was NO PEACE whatsoever. I finally got a break when I went to the Mock Trial victory party. Its amazing that 20-30 high school students are quieter than 8 junior highers. At the party, we ate, played apples to apples, and created a family tree I had a lot of fun and returned to a quiet house. Slient night

The Mall-On a Thursday you say??

Today was the first day I had nothing to do after school. So what is a girl to do? Walk to the mall with her best friend (who lives just around the corner) of course! When we got to the mall, Christi and I spotted Grace and Monty. We hung out in International Imports for awhile, then Christi and I started walking around. We ran into a lot of random people, and we even sold a hair straightener (long story). I am now officially Christi’s best friend after she proposed to me at Carl’s Junior, causing her old teacher to think I’m lesbian (I’m not). Christi and I went up to Icing and distracted a girl who was getting her ears pierced with pics from our cell phones. It was so random and so fun I think in the end we did distract her from the “piercing” (haha) pain. Noellee came to the mall after awhile so we hung out with her until I had to leave. It was an adventure to say the least

Wow…tonight was a night of embarrassment, fun and SUGAR! Each group had a table to decorate. Each table was decorated by the team. The team with the best decorated table won. Our table was a candy land table. Our group dressed up like candyland characters by wearing tablecloths stapled to look like jumpsuits. I felt like an idiot, but in the spirit of our table I kept on my costume until the night was over. We didn’t win, but we still had a lot of fun. Our group is still amazing, perfectly decorated table or not. I <3 you girls

Mock Trial FINALS :D

Oh Eme Hay!!!! haha we made it to finals!!!! Our prosecution team battled Joho’s defense team in an epic battle to see who would go to state. Not that it was a problem for our FANTASTICALLY AMAZING prosecution team Nothing could trip them up they were awesome! Adam and Mary were completely dominating the entire time, and the rest of the team conquered as well. It was definitely hard for the defense to just sit and watch. At the end, after a LOOOOOONG awards ceremony everyone was finally told to be attentive for the winner to be announced. The runnner up? JOHO. The winner? MODESTO HIGH!!!!!!!!! Who are we? Mohigh! Where are we from? West side! It was so exhilarating to be called up Our whole team was jumping up and down and Rebecca was a lost cause to calming down, not that I was any less excited Great job everyone!!!!

Tonight Adrianna and I went to see Marley’s Ghost, the school play production It was very well-done and the sets were amazing. It was so fun to see my friends become completely different people. Great job Modesto High Drama Dept

Today was Big Valley Christian Junior High’s Basketball Team’s best day EVER They have been undefeated the entire season and kept the title since they WON THE TOURNAMENT!!! I was so happy I got to see Christine play, she did an amazing job. GOOD JOB CHRISTINE (and the rest of the team )

OMG we DOMINATED in mock trial well, at least in my opinion. We have finished 3 trials and now we are anxiously awaiting the results to see if we go to finals……..GAAAAH so excited!!!! haha Well now we just need to wait for the results….

Parade of LIGHTS :)

Tonight I got to volunteer at the parade of lights by selling glowsticks. It was fun. A group of 4 people and me walked down the street selling glowsticks. We pretty much had it down to a science by the end
